Users dont get the file they paid for

Using Jamroom

Looking in your ACP you have may modules in there that I suspect are not being used. I turned off the "Proxima" set of modules which are for mobile app developers to use jamroom as a data storage system. It doesnt look like thats the goal of your site.

You have Genosis which is a family tree system and the old version of site builder.

Suggest a clean up to remove modules not being used.

When I ran a test from a live sever on jamroom hosting, the IPN notification did come in from the sandbox.paypal.com system indicating communication.

08/17/16 06:48:07AM 173.0.82.126 jrPayPal: notified 7@site.com of pending eCheck
08/17/16 06:48:07AM 173.0.82.126 jrPayPal: processing incoming transaction: 63D31925HF4626017

Try turning the IPN settings at paypal.com to ON with the URL I gave you above and let me know its response.

The issue is related to Paypal not sending the IPN notification, make sure you have that set to send at paypal.

Foxycart supports paypal. ( so we don't have to, but since we built this extra module, now we have to support it. :( )

Different Skin for mobile site version

Design and Skin Customization

The place to start if you've never built a module, but want to is the aparna module. It creates a basic module to start from.

Docs: "Aparna"
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/modules/853/aparna

It will actually create more than you want because it has output and you dont want that, but its a place to start.

--edit--
After that, read this:

Docs: "Creating a Module"
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/jamroom-developers-guide/26/creating-a-module

izhmel:
This url dose not exists on the server ( http://www.dubmusic.com/paypal/webhook)

yes it does, its supposed to be blank, its for paypal, not for a person to look at.

These types of issues are the reason we chose to use FoxyCart. They take care of the integration with the payment processors so we dont have to fix things everytime paypal changes something.

I'm still working to get a development environment setup to debug this issue.

The IPN url should be off. The correct url should be being sent to paypal along with the order.

Quote: ....PayPal continues to generate and store IPN messages until you select Receive IPN messages again

Do you see any stored messages in that area?

If you wanted to try turning that on to a fixed URL, then the url would be:
http://www.dubmusic.com/paypal/webhook
