Does last.fm do that the other way around to soundcloud? I don’t use either so hopefully someone else can comment, I’d love to know.
Flickr, Jamroom.net, Delicious, Facebook (I’m told you tag photos, and the profile owner approves, but the tag is still marked with the tag of the tagger - the tag persists even if not accepted, just hidden from view?)
Amazon? maybe no longer, I’ve read that tagging was/going to be replaced with wishlists and similar (ie folksonimic tagging became hidden from the folk who produce it, now only accessible by the corporation running it).

Currently, many people are tagging satellite photos (items which the tagger does not own) looking for missing MH370 plane debris:

I think photo tagging is enormous. As (potentially) is tagging tangible items - internet of things crap.
Folksonomic tagging didn’t go away, but in current common usage the crowd no longer see the data as a tag cloud: You can do the same with jr5 - make the tag cloud in the sidebar only visible to the admin user or by subscription. So actually the major services are facebook, twitter, google, apple, microsoft, etc (that etc list is much shorter if you assume that your private tagging data will always remain private and/or unconnected to the other person’s item, lol, rofl, and longer if you include entities which are not intended to be brands
