Cancel JamRoom Subscription

Greetings - We need to cancel our JamRoom Pro VIP Subscription… Our new product platform, has taken off, and is currently going viral. Since we are a small team, we no longer have the staff bandwidth to maintain our older legacy JamRoom platform. In our JamRoom Server dashboard, we see no button to "cancel" our subscription. Hi, How can i use the same database in 2 different JR instalations except for the jr_jrcore_settings table? that should be different in both instalations. Is that possible? Thanks!!!

Resetting Jamroom 5 stats

How do I go about resetting stats on youtube,audio and soundcloud plays? The stats were imported from my JR4 site.I feel they are affecting my music and video charts as those with the highest number of plays(the oldest tracks) are still in the top 10. Any help is welcome.

My server guy wants to program some things utilizing the Jamroom API and has these questions: It looks like the Jamroom API is the Proxima plugin? The documentation on the website states I use the basic auth with key as username and sessionid as password. Where do I get this sessionid? Moving to Jamroom Server

You can see by the attached image why I'm seriously considering moving to a Jamroom server, but need more advice. I have two hosting packages with Arvixe ( https://www.arvixe.com/), one that I use for my Jamroom sites. Can I move these to a Jamroom server without loosing content, especially my Jamroom sites? How long will the process take? Plus lots of other questions...
