Advanced config keys are settings for specialized cases, too minor for the ACP. They're stored in data/config/config.php.
ACP > Modules > Core > System Core > Tools > Advanced Config adds and deletes them. Choose a Config Key from the list, which shows the help and default of each, enter the Config Value, and click Create New Config Key.
A wrong value can stop your site from working. Change keys only when you need to, and note what you changed.
These are the keys a fresh Jamroom 7.0.3 offers. Other modules add their own.

$_conf['jrCore_disable_play_cookies'] = 'on';
$_conf['jrCore_disable_xframe'] = true;
$_conf['jrProfile_disable_pulse'] = 'on';| Key | What it does |

jrCore_disable_play_cookies |
on stops checking play cookies on stream URLs, so other sites can link to them. See Allow Streaming from Other Sites. |
jrCore_disable_xframe |
Lets other sites show your pages in a frame. See Refused to display in a frame. |
jrProfile_disable_pulse |
