Album page title says home in Nova skin

Hi guys, Just noticed that all my album pages browser tab title says home | Punk Band Promotions.
eg https://www.punkbandpromotions.com/counted-out/audio/albums
You can look at any and they are all the same.
Any way of changing this to say Albums | Band Name ?

Same issue here, using Media Pro template.

Both on the main album page of profiles and on the individual album pages.

Same with video albums.

Also all the other site html titles are in 'undercase', would look much better if words were 'Capitalized'.
