I seem to get this error daily for a very long time- everything seems to be working ok...should I disregard the error?

Its the ' in the title:
Economic Importance of Oil - Power & Fuel - 1950's

That ' is finding its way into a search query and that query is failing because of the '

Its in the xxHeader module.

Best course of action is to remove the ' from the title of that item.
