Hello dear support,

all downloads not working but licences aveable also I could resend them all to my mail box.

Are you logged into the Jamroom4 Archive site with the user you bought the licences under?

I just logged in and went here:
http://archive.jamroom.net/Downloads4_Core

clicked on the "Download Now" button for the items that I have licenses for and they download. No problem.

Seams to work.

I can see the user 'Acidphantom' exists with email "a********@h******.com" and has licenses. So if there is more to your issue then you need to explain it.

Ok works now I know isseu / the picture download works but the named download now not ;)

Hi,
I am having this same problem.
When i click on the download button which is green. Nothing happens. Been battling with this all day.
I even had to re enter license again just to be sure but it still did not download.
I also believe that if the button is green, that should be the green light to download but when its yellow, it means i have not entered the license.
Please see screenshot of my view. Maybe it might help.

I want to download especially the core so i can export to jamroom 5.

Not understanding this. What are you wanting to do?

The export feature is one that takes an existing JR4 site and moves the data to JR5. If you download JR4 then install it, there will be no data.

Why not just go straight to installing a fresh JR5?

I already have a fresh install of JR 5. What am trying to do is migrate from 4 to 5. The module i installed in JR 4 for import doesn't seem to be compatible with my JR 4 install. After uploading the module into the module folder, i go into control panel, click on system module so i can enable the module, i get a blank white page. But when i go back into the modules folder to delete the module, and come back to system module, the page opens up correctly. So i am guessing that my version 4.2.5 needs to be updated to 4.3.1.

This is my dilema.
Hope i made sense with all my rambling

Got it. Thanks.

Whats wrong with the links in the screenshot? I just tried them now and clicking on them opens up the download dialogs as expected.

That exactly is my issue. I dont know why its not opening for me. When I click on it. Nothing happens. I tried on both safari and chrome browsers.

Its gone. JR5 has been out for more than 3 years now.

Yes as I have JR5 also. I understand there is a new, improved platform in JR5 but there are some that still for a variety of reasons are using JR4. I can understand that there is no more support for that platform and can respect the time limits for support of any platform but there is still a giant wealth of information in the archives that people can look up and reference without the need of support.
