Hi. I'm new to jamroom. I want to know how I can change the names of icons and titles like 'follow' to choose, following to chosen, updates to choices, share to recommend, forums to hubs. Can this be done? If yes, how?

Probably you're looking for the language strings.

Each of the language strings can be changed in the ACP (Admin Control Panel)

Update the string your interested in, then reset the caches.
