So it looks like Soundcloud is not setting up new API's at the moment.

What are the options for working around this so upload audio?

You can use the jrAudio module to upload music.
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/networkmarket/ss=jrAudio

It can also be found in your Marketplace on your Jamroom website.

ACP > Core > Marketplace
