solved Audio Streams not counting for audio files offered for sale

audio files offered for sale - audio_file_stream_count does not count.

if for sale is taken away from audio file, audio_file_stream_count does work again. checked data store no entry when offered for sale and subsequent download

skin ProJam dark, player used black overlay player

can someone offer some hints where to look?

Its working ok on my test site.
Do you have the PlayCounts module installed? Maybe the 'play length' setting on that is longer than the track sample of the item for sale?

Hi Paul,

thank you for your response

I had the playcount module set to 10% if a song is 3 minutes =180 seconds it should have counted after 18 seconds play time, but it does not.

Playcount module disabled songs for sale, song play counts

any suggestions?
