Hi, I've checked a post on Soundcloud API dated 2019. It doesn't help as I posted a Soundcloud item a week ago but cannot do it now as it says I have No privileges (see jpg). Anything that you can help me with please? Thanks.

Sorry, I'm not understanding the issue here.

Note that I'm not seeing any issues on one of my personal sites, you might check that the profile that is posting the SoundCloud item is allowed to use the module.

Yes I've re-checked other accounts and they work. The account has the ok to use soundcloud, but I just can't figure out why it doesn't allow it on that specific account. It's mind boggling.

Can you send us the following to support[at]jamromm[dot]net

1. Your sites URL
2. Your admin login
3. The link to this forum topic so we know what we are dealing with
4. The profile name your seeing the issue with
5. The Soundcloud item you are trying to add.

I got your reply via email and replied. Between then and now I had updated all the Config. and thought I'd try other modules including Youtube (ok) and Vimeo which I get the same problem.
I notice (see jpg) I have the word error on the tab. Does this help pinpointing the problem?

Hi - I got an email that this is now closed - it contradicts the email that says that someone will take a look at the problem on Monday (today). It seems serious as I'm experiencing the same problem on Vimeo and signing in to here.

We have not come up with anything yet, everyone is busy so we've not had much time to look into it.

I also wanted to let you know that even though that message shows, I was still able to add the Soundcloud item while logged in as kimstyle, so the message really doesn't stop the module from working for that user, the message just shouldn't show for that user and we have not been able to replicate it so it makes it difficult to debug.
