Hi, I'd like to change my Header 'KimstyleTv' to it's original FatsaFatsaTv here https://fatsafatsa.com but cannot. I'm using 2 skins Elastic2 and followMe. I'd like to have FatsaFatsaTv throughout but cannot do it.
Can you help please? Thank you

Copy the custom 'FatsaFatsa' header image that you have uploaded to the FollowMe skin via its Images tab view, then upload that image to the active Elastic skin. Clear all caches and you should then be good to go.

HI, I've changed the domain name of my site and now have a problem with anything from uploading new images to running integrity check of clean the cash. I've changed the name of the sire in config file, where else do I need to change it?

A quick look at your jr_jrcore_template database table is showing three FollowMe templates with absolute references to the old 'kimstyletv' URL (profile_index, profile_right and profile_sidebar). These are likely giving the cross-site javascript errors seen when loaing your pages and running the tools.
Try fixing those up first.

Hi, we found the links to the old name in db tables you have mentioned, thank you for direction, nevertheless, problem is still there, we can't reset cash, do integrity check and repair the tables as well as load media and update core, thank you

Hi, here is an update to my above post:
We found and replaced mentions of the old link in all DB tables, the problem is still here. Is there any other place to check - integrity check and reset cash doesn't work -Thanks

If you turn on your browser 'Web Development Tools' you'll see 'Cross-Origin Request Blocked' errors that are causing this issue. One is trying to access 'https://kimstyletv.com/core/form_validate/__ajax=1'
Have you changed any of the core module files directly to do this?

Alternatively, try temporarily switching to a skin that has no template mods and see if things work then.

We've tried just about all we can - it just doesn't allow us to even go back, update or even integrity check. Is there another way to change the skin? Thank You.

Try changing it directly on the database.
Table - jr_jrcore_setting
'Module' column - jrCore
'name' column - active_skin
Change the 'value' entry to an installed skin that has no template modifications.
