solved Signup Problem

Hello,

We created a second site using our Jamroom Premium License.
But no one is able to sign up.
"Allow Signups" is checked.

The error message is "You have entered an invalid or reserved User Name". (But the only user now is the Master Admin.)

Please give us advice.

Is it just that email you cannot signup with? Is it ok with one without all the asterisks?
Are you running the latest modules? There was a recent update to the jrUser module wrt email and username validity checking.
Maybe send your admin login to support[at]jamroom[dot]net so that we can checkout your site from the ACP side.

It's not just with that particular email. We tried with another email too.
Yes, Sir, all modules are the latest ones. The first thing we did after installing the core was updating all modules.
I will send my admin login immediately. Thank you so much for your help. 🙏

Hello,

We tried to delete Jamroom from our server and re-installed everything, but still no user can signup.
The error message is the same: "You have entered an invalid or reserved User Name."
But there is no Jamroom user with these username:

We just tried with a new username, using two words username, different email, and it succeeded.
