Does transferring the domain provider affect Jamroom's operation?

I transferred my domain from Network Solutions to Cloudflare. Although the transfer process is complete, my website (oohmusic.com) is inaccessible and returns a 500 error.
I tested renaming the `.htaccess` file and using an `index.html` file instead; the site loaded successfully and displayed "Hello World."
This leads me to believe that the `.htaccess` file might be causing a conflict with the hosting server.

The website was functioning normally prior to the domain transfer (on the same hosting).
I am currently trying to identify the root cause of the issue.

500 Internal Server Error
"Request Timeout
This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'."

The domain provider should not effect anything if you're talking about where your domian name is registered.

What could cause issues is if you've changed hosting providers and the new hosting uses a different system than the old one.

500 is a server error, so you need to look at the server's error logs to find out what that error is.

If you just copied the files from one server to another its a good idea to run the repair script.

In the main directory you'll find repair.php.html. rename that to repair.php and run it. That should clear out the cache and check everything is in order.

I ran repair.php, but I still can't access the system. Are there specific file or folder permission settings required?

I'm not seeing an issue, I can get to https://www.oohmusic.com/

Are you still seeing an issue?
