solved Error encountered while Loading Media URL

Hello-Ive had a video on my site for the last 2 years and its streamed fine.
Yesterday i posted it my facebook fan page where now its getting quite a few hits and the video now refuses to load?
The onscreen error message says
"Error encountered while Loading Media URL"

I think this is again likely a server issue but wanted to check here and see

attached are the browser error messages

Also i installed the new core and updates this morning...maybe thats an issue/

The video seems to play fine in Firefox and safari but will not load in Chrome

Auto Play seems to be a part of the Chrome error message

I have shut autoplay off ands still having the issue- its not an issue on ALL videos- just SOME

Browser errors
pd:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 (Bad Gateway)
31/uploaded_video/stream/video_file/31/key=1/file.m4v:1 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED
bad-oilfield-accidents:1 Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Failed to load because no supported source was found.

The url that causes this error plays the video? It seams to be saying there was nothing to play.
