Noobie to Jam Room - could use some help!

I've set up the basics of my site - loaded the modules for Audio and Soundcloud. I see the AUDIO tab at the top of my profile page, but no "+" to add songs - any advice for me out there??

Click the audio button. Make sure you enable quota in the ACP.

What Nate said. When clicked you'll see a '+' icon top right to add a song.

Got it - I'll keep messin with it - I did get the Soundcloud to work - THANKS!

Try as I might, I can only get it to allow uploads from Soundcloud. I set the quota for Audio (combine) same as the SC one - no joy. The + button only says upload soundcloud file

I appreciate any further guidance!

You don't wanna start with combined audio. That's a more advanced feature. You wanna start with jrAudio or "audio". Once you learn your way around, turn on the combined audio module.

Is the Audio module enabled and configured for the same quotas? Sounds like the Combined module has nothing to 'combine' the SoundCloud module with.

Thanks, guys. I did deploy the Combine module, but also the regular Audio module. I'm using the hosted version of Jam Room. The ACP will not allow me to configure anything within the straight Audio module, only the Combine. When Combine module is set to "combine audio" within the quota config page, I do see "Audio" in the menu bar. without that switch, only Soundcloud appears there.

Is there an easy way to zap the audio modules and start fresh?

Turn off combined audio. Check the module url setting on the info page of both audio and combined audio. Make sure they don't both say "audio". If they do change the audio module to uploaded_audio. But disable combined audio first.

Paul - I got the Audio to work - thanks. I'll get to the Combined later today - if I still have issues, I'll open a ticket.
