Hi, there's not documentation for the subscription module so i'm trying to figure out how to set it up.

I've got the payment module configured with stripe and created a subscription plan which i've set to active, yet when I click on the subscription page, I get
"Currently there are no active subscriptions - try again later"

Is there something else I need to do?

Probably to do with configuration but difficult to say without more information on your setup.
Send your site and the master admin login to support[at]jamroom[dot]net and we'll take a look.
Thanks

You have set the subscription plan to show to the Artists Quota, therefore, the subscription plan will only show to a profile/user logged into that quota.

Ah!

I sent the email, but i'm not a VIP support subscriber.

Will continue trying to figure it out myself, thanks anyway!

If you login with a user that is in your "Artist" quota, then navigate to the subscription page, you'll see the subscription plan you created.

If you want all users to see it, then modify the subscription plan, and change the "Display Quotas" to All Quotas.

Hope this helps!
