On the profile page there is the ability to add a "page". I did not see how to remove this option. Any idea?

If you are referring to the "+" button on the right side of the profile menu, that is an admin-only button.

You can set that so only the admin quota can use if you want. It is in the ACP > Admin > Page Creator > Quota Config

/page/admin/quota

I think we have a bug then. That value is not set for that quota.
