solved Configuring Contact Form

I have added the contact form to the widget- tested and says test was submitted successfully- but I have not received an email from the form...how do i config my email address to the form so i receive the messages?

Emails are sent to admin and/or master users dependent upon how you've configured the form settings in the ACP, so it goes to their user email addresses.

Thanks Paul- I have it configured now. A problem i am seeing is that when i use a widget to embed the form, some of the fields are missing...for instance the STATUS does not show up and the UPLOAD FILE does not show up? If I go to the ACP and find the form to edit- then click the link- it takes me to a webpage version that is working properly- but the widget version is missing the fields?
for instance if you go here http://roughneckcity.com/form/contact_roughneck_city you can see the form displayed properly- but if you see the attachment you will see a screenshot of what is actually being displayed in the page widget

I am selecting the same form in the widget as what is displayed on the full page

How are you adding the contact form?

You could use a template code widget and add this for the contact form.

{jrCustomForm_embed_form name="contact_roughneck_city"}

Thanks Douglas- must be a bug
Using the template code outputs the same issue with the file upload missing and the status bar missing

Your right, I just checked out your site and for some reason the custom form fields you've added with the form designer do not show when embedding the form.

I'll get a ticket open for it to see if it can be fixed.
