Guestbook has white text on white background?
The steps I would use to figure out what is going on are:
* go to the url that is displayed in the image
* open firebug (extension on the Firefox browser)
* select the text in question to be able to understand which piece of CSS is causing the issue.
* adjust that CSS
The first step is knowing the URL.
