Add support for Gravatar images - used if a user has not uploaded a User or Profile Image.
Version 1.3.0b1:
- Change: Gravatar images are requested with a SHA-256 hash of the email address (Gravatar's current recommendation)
- Change: "Use Local Cache" is on by default for new installs - member email hashes are no longer shown in page HTML (existing sites keep their setting)
- Bug Fix: email addresses with capital letters (or spaces around them) got the wrong Gravatar
- Bug Fix: the Image Rating setting was sent with the wrong parameter name and had no effect
- Bug Fix: locally cached images sent the server path in their response, errors answered with HTTP 200, and cached images were never refreshed
- Bug Fix: the image tag printed the title twice, did not escape class / style, and ignored width=false
- Bug Fix: the profile image URL (used by share tags) never used the Gravatar when "use as profile image" is on
Version 1.2.2:
- Bug Fix: Image title could have too many double quotes in it which breaks html.
Version 1.2.1:
- Bug Fix: Gravatar Profile image may use an incorrect image width in ACP tables
Version 1.2.0:
- New: "default" image will now show a Gravatar image for users and profiles missing an image
