Support for reading and saving EXIF data found in JPEG images

- Bug Fix: The EXIF data kept between the upload and the save was not deleted after the save - it stayed until the hourly cleanup
- Bug Fix: "Enabled Modules" was not used - EXIF data was saved for the images of every module; it is now saved only for the modules selected there
- Bug Fix: The exif_year, exif_month and exif_day search parameters never matched (the EXIF date is stored as taken, the search used epoch times), and a year or month search covered one day only
