Exclude configured profiles from appearing in site listings to non-admin users

- Change: excluded profiles are also left out of site RSS feeds (needs RSS Feed 1.4.0b2) - a profile's own feed still lists it
- Change: the Excluded Profiles setting refuses entries that are not IDs of existing profiles, and help text says what is excluded
- Bug Fix: a list that asks for an excluded profile (profile_id parameter or a _profile_id search) showed the items of every profile to non-admins (nothing once jrCore 7.1.0b6 is installed) - it now shows that profile's items
