BUG - Profile Avatar Looks Terrible
Using Jamroom

The ORIGINAL image is horrible:

https://softart.club/cv/image/profile_image/181/original/_v=1cdc61552754398

Jamroom cannot "magically" enlarge an image. You need to upload a LARGE image if you want your images to be crisp.

New Custom Account Tab
Jamroom Developers

$_custom is not set:

// custom_id
    $_tmp = array(
        'name'  => 'custom_id',
        'type'  => 'hidden',
        'value' => $_custom['_item_id']
    );
    jrCore_form_field_create($_tmp);

That will be empty. I'm not even sure what you are trying to do with that.

Note - if you want our team to build this for you open a ticket - this is beyond what we can assist with in the forum.

Thanks!

Support for HEIC and HEIF image formats has been added in the latest Image Support beta (2.3.0b1) and the new Jamroom Core beta:

Images Not Found!!
Using Jamroom

This was fixed last night by updating to the beta versions of the Core, Image and Editor Image Upload modules.

I'd recommend checking if you need to have the BETA channel enabled on your site - I'd recommend leaving it OFF on your live site, but enabling it on your development site.

Did you confirm that "custom" is set as your datastore prefix in your schema.php file?

The item_id is created (and returned) when you make the call to jrCore_db_create_item() in your action view.

It looks like it is a feature only on the newest iPhones - I don't see that option here. Do you have an HEIF picture you could send me at brian [at] jamroom [dot] net so I can look at it? Jamroom uses GD for image manipulation - if GD does not support HEIF then it's not a format we can support.

Thanks!

Yeah this is definitely not the "default" - I have a house full of iphones, and non make this format the default. My guess is this is for the "live photos" option, which in reality is a small movie (MP4). This would not be supported as an image. I will check it out when I get a chance.

Thanks!
