Event Notification timing oddness

Using Jamroom

Thus- I have the usual Events Calendar module, and my custom Events Duration module, both active.

I should add that when some odd thing happens on my site, it seems to happen more often than normal to my Moderator (profile admin) Robin T...and she accesses the site almost always from her iPad Mini tablet. Not sure if that has any bearing.

Event Notification timing oddness

Yes, I do have an 'extra module for Events, custom made i believe by Paul:

description: A listener module to create an event_end field from the entered event duration (event_duration field (number of days) needs creating with the Form Designer)
version: 1.0.0
developer: The Jamroom Network, ©2016
license: Click to View License
directory: jrXEventDuration

You mean change this:
{jrCore_list module="jrAction" search1="action_module != jrFollower" search2="action_module != jrComment" order_by="_item_id numerical_desc" template="index_activity.tpl" pagebreak=50 page=$_post.p}
to this?:
{jrCore_list module="jrAction" search1="action_module != jrFollower" search2="action_data NOT_LIKE %\"comment_module\":\"jrProfile\"%" order_by="_item_id numerical_desc" template="index_activity.tpl" pagebreak=50 page=$_post.p}

(I'm going to eliminate the reference to jrComment module altogether there?) ?

and... are we talking about the index.tpl in my custom skin, or in a module?

Paul- Ah yes,- I see now- that's there because i didn't want it to appear every time in the timeline when my many Greeters welcome new members by saying "Hi welcome to Fotmd!" on new members' profile pages. It also feels a bit like too much info to be broadcasting everyone's every profile page comment.

Is there a way to distinguish between profile page comment wall comments and Group discussion replies somehow?- to do what I need here without adding all profile page comment wall comments to the main page Timeline?

I'm not sure if this happens for others or just to my site, but-

On my site's Main home page Activity Timeline, it DOES show up fine when someone CREATE a NEW discussion in a GROUP.
However, when members post REPLIES to the Group Discussion, it does not show in the main page Timeline.

Is there a way to make the Group discussion REPLIES show up in the mainpage Timeline?
(I believe that Group discussion reply posts are actually 'comments'- which makes them different from Forum discussion replies)

Thanks!

Admin items still not seen in activity feed by members

Using Jamroom

Paul, I am thinking something either got tweaked by you fellows or simply 'kicked in' over the past 36 hours to make this start working correctly on my site. (my updated ticket that referred to this thread is now gone as well)
On March 19 when I made my last posts to this thread and added those screenshots...it was still not working on my site, as per my above screenshots.
Now today on the 21st it IS working right (actually for the first time, since I started on Jamroom over a year ago). It's working properly now!!

You can see the evidence of this getting fixed over the past two days if you go to fotmd.com main page (while not even logged in or logged in as a regular member), and look at the activity timeline:
On page 1 (current) of the Timeline, you can see all the activities showing correctly- my avatar and the avatars of my 6 profile admins all have big yellow stars on them, so they are very easy to spot. BUT- once you go back 36 hours and earlier, to page number 3, 4, 25, 50, etc of the Timeline, you will see that there were absolutely NO admin activities showing at all in the Main Page timeline. Zero.

Somehow it got FIXED during the past 36 hours or so.... and REGARDLESS of how/who it got fixed... I'm SO HAPPY!!!! I'm doing the happy dance because this is going to make a big, BIG difference in my site activity and participation!! I can't emphasize enough just how much this is going to beneficially effect my site.

YAYYYYYYYYYYY... I'm marking this issue finally SOLVED! (and keeping my fingers crossed that it really stays solved) =8-D

Problem using Change Item Owner in Group discussions

Using Jamroom

Plus, as you can see in the last screenshot, it seems to have made changes to the associated gallery images as well perhaps?- (I did nothing else that would show up as gallery image changes there in the data log, so must have had to do with the discussion owner change.)

Did I fill in the info wrong? Is there a glitch?
Here was the discussion Red Wing that i was TRYING to change to Robin Thompson, since she's actually the correct person who created the discussion in the first place:
http://fotmd.com/flint-hill/group_discuss/1863/red-wing
But every time i try it winds up changes some OTHER discussion's owner instead. :(
