embedded Vimeo vids crashing new Firefox on windows...anyone else?

I'm using Firefox 40.0.3 on win7, and just recently now every time i click to play one of the Vimeo vids on my JR site, FF immediately crashes and closes. Not a problem til now.

I'm posting this in Off Topic because it's not a Jamroom issue, it's a FF issue. Just wondering if others are experiencing this? I googled a bunch today but not finding any solutions. Updated all my plugins and apps.
I do not have parental controls on, I have Flash set to kick in if it's needed, but up til last week I never needed to turn on flash anyway to watch vimeo vids on my site.
This is not happening in chrome, IE, or safari on my win7 system. And it's NOT happening on my MacBook on Firefox or Safari. Only on my win PC in Firefox browser.
Any ideas, or anyone else now experiencing this with Vimeo in windows Firefox on their JR sites? Thanks...

Just to finish up here, once I got rid of the 'contextmenu' in the tinymce init plugin list, I was able to also enable my browser's own (free) spellcheck in my text editor in addition to the copy/paste function. Ok, so I'm posting this to help others, after I did a bunch of floundering around for a while. My members were reeeally complaining about being forced to use CTRL+V etc for cut/copy/paste everywhere on my site.

...Once i disabled the Contextmenu in my Tinymce init (which was in my custom skin's jrCore_form_editor.tpl), I was then not only able to use my normal mouse right-click copy/paste function in my site's textediting boxes, but i could also then enable my own browser's (free) spellcheck to function while writing or editing posts on my site as well (in the tinymce editor). ...by adding the following:


Include this option in its own line, in your tinymce init:
browser_spellcheck: true

(Do not list it in the plugin section though, list it above that, with the other similar "true/false" stuff somewhere. Follow with a comma if you're not inserting it at the end- observe the other code items)

This browser spellcheck feature, and the copy/paste mouserightclick feature only work if you remove the word "contextmenu" from the list of tinymce plugins in the template. You can leave the other reference(s) to 'contextmenu', like in the toolbar- just remove that word from the list of plugins...and then it won't show in toolbar anyway.

I get what you mean, but... I think I have used copy/paste about 50 million times in forum/group posts and comment walls over the past years, and I've used padding around an image in a post like around...never. Ever. l o l

Yay! Sometimes, a small thing can be a great triumph. Thank you so much for your patience and help Michael. And thank you Curtis!

I think others will find this real helpful in the future, because that weird NON-WORKING copy/paste rightclick was sooooo frustrating for me and for my site members.
All we have to do is remove ONE WORD from the code, in the proper template.

P.S. I got my Tinymce "insert image" icon button up and working too. Oh boy!

UPDATE -- got this working!

Here was the original code lines in my custom skin's 'jrCore_form_editor.tpl':


This time, all I did was remove the ONE word--> contextmenu, between the word plugins: and the word pagebreak, in that first line of the 'plugins:' code. I left everything else untouched.

Now I get my usual Oldfaithful right-click mouse menu in the text editor box, instead of the Tinymce context menu which teasingly 'offers' copy/paste but then does not LET you copy/paste.
Now I can copy/paste like i normally do in the whole rest of my computer universe! :D Works in Forum discussion posts, AND in Group discussion posts, AND in Comment Wall posts! Yaaaaay! My members will love this, it's been quite frustrating for the past couple months for all of us who don't normally use keyboard commands for copy/paste.

WheWWW, now I can go to bed happy that I got this ONE awesome thing tweaked on my site, and off my 'To Do' list, finally.

You didn't see the alterations because I had reset it back again after my code test did nothing, Michael.

OK, I did another test, with just eliminating that bottom line #22.
I DO see the results- it removes "cut/copy/paste" from someone's right-click menu options in the text editor. However, afterwards, I still cannot use right-click mouse pasting, which was my whole point...
I was attempting to try out what Curtis had said above:

Will fix it to allow right mouse click pasting"....

My goal was not to simply remove the copy/paste context menu option-- my goal was to remove whatever was not working (which included that) and allow users to actually copy/paste using their own right-click mousing....I thought perhaps through what Curtis had read it might allow copy/paste through bypassing the context menu.

So again now, I have reset that template to its former/original state, Michael.
