Thanks Brian. Apologies. I should have tried that first.

Search not working after update

Using Jamroom

Hi,
I just updated the Search module to 2.2.1
The search of the whole site is fine, but using the Search box on the Images Gallery has no effect.

Enter search term into search box on Images tab. Enter.
No response. The search term remains in the box and is validated for spelling, but that's all that happens.

On PMP-art, we do have a customised Image Gallery with option tabs for "All", "Artwork" and "Reference", as well as "Most Viewed" and "Items you like".
Currently the Search is not operating on any of these tabs ('Items You Like' doesn't have a search facility).

Issues following the updates

Using Jamroom

Update:
The comment box on small screens and the Login problems have now been fixed. Thank you.

I would still like to know if the Items You Like can be displayed in the order of most recent first, please?

Further to item 3) above, I have now been able to investigate the account of one of the users who raised the issue.
It seems that all Liked items are in the list, but that the order is now random instead of reverse date order (i.e. latest Likes appear first).
Has this been changed?
Is it possible to get the "Items You Like" back into reverse date order?

Thanks.
Thanks.

Yes, it does seem to be a common problem. I'll raise a support ticket.

Issues following the updates

Using Jamroom

Hi there,
Following our application of the recent batch of system updates, I have had reports of a couple of issues from users of pmp-art.com who access the site on iPad:

1) They have to log in every time they want to access the site.

2) The comment box on the Forum has increased size and is now off the screen on both sides.

3) Their "Items You Like" are not showing recently liked items, though the "Latest Likes" on their profile page does show them. I'm not sure if this is ONLY iPad users yet. My Admin user, accessed on PC does not have this problem.

Anyone else having similar issues?
I don't have an iPad so I can't test these things.

Enhancement to move multiple gallery images

Using Jamroom

It would be great if the users could have this facility Paul.

You're suggesting that we put all the images we want to move into a Photo Album, and then save that album to a gallery:

The only issue with that is that people can save anybody's images to their Photo Album, and we only want them to put images they own into their own galleries. If there was that restriction, then yes, that sounds perfect.

Enhancement to move multiple gallery images

Using Jamroom

It would be handy to have a means of transferring multiple images from one gallery to another.
Could that be feasible?
E.g. from a gallery view (or perhaps gallery update view), select multiple images and change the gallery name for those images.

Export CSV from Data Browser

That would be brilliant, Brian. Thank you.

Export CSV from Data Browser

Using Jamroom

What I really want is a CSV file for only the search results, not the entire category of item in the data browser.

I am occasionally asked to list all the item details for a user, (e.g. all images) and that's what I'm trying to achieve. A CSV file from the data browser search results would be ideal, but failing that I could take screen shots of the search results if enough of the data was shown for each item.
