Header color/ image, site background image

Design and Skin Customization

Looks like the issue is you've got some broken CSS in the custom styling. Not sure how that would happen. Suggest using the RESET SKIN STYLE and start again.

If you plan to make a lot of skin changes, the File System method will give you the most flexibility.

after you clone the skin:
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/skin-design-guide/839/creating-your-own-skin-clone-from-an-existing-skin

You can adjust the sites CSS directly from your clone skin's *.css files found via SFTP at:
/public_domain/skins/YOUR-SKIN/css/(css files are here)

Those are all the correct things to do after you have changed the color.

This is a video about finding the correct color to change:

Social media sharing option

Ning To Jamroom

There are 2, the ShareThis module and the OneAll mdoule.

The difference is ShareThis allows other peoples stuff to be shared when found on the site, the OneAll allows for the uploader to share the content to their social accounts when it is added to their profile.

Profile Biography Smarty Function

Jamroom Developers

The only way to get something close would be to go through the jrEmbed module.

You could create your own module that taps into the jrEmbed module and allows your profile owners to embed stuff there.

EXAMPLE:
The jrPlaylist module utilizes the jrEmbed module by searching for any content that looks like this:
this is some text that is entered into a text field somewhere
and here is a tag that gets replaced with the playlist player [jrEmbed module="jrPlaylist" id="2"]

So its not a smarty function but it is a way to get dynamic content out to text areas for your users, which seems like its probably the goal you're after.

If the master site is on Jamroom Hosting and the Dev site is somewhere else, that could setup the buy now button to be active.

For Jamroom Hosting customers, they can install as many jamroom installs as they like on the server and all the modules will come with the site, but the license is just for jamroom install on that server so if the license key was in a local install then the buy now buttons would show.

You could sync your files via FTP and they would work on your dev site if its local.

All the changelogs can be found via:

Documentation pagination?

Using Jamroom

No pagination by default, but when it gets to 500 entries, I'll take a look at it if you like.
