Adding a limit

  • What it does

    Daily Limits (module jrProfileLimit) limits how many items a profile can create in one day, per quota and module. For example: 5 blog posts and 10 audio uploads a day for free members. It helps against spam and floods of uploads.

    ACP > Modules > Profiles > Daily Limits

  • Adding a limit

    On the Quota Limits Config tab, choose the Quota and the Module, enter the Daily Limit (1 to 255), and save. Add one limit for each quota and module you want to limit. Admins aren't limited.

    To limit how often users play or view media each day, use Media Limits instead.
