Global Config

  • What it does

    Importer loads the JSON files made by the Exporter module into this site: members, profiles and their items. It's installed on the site you're importing into.

    ACP > Modules > Tools > Importer

  • Importer is a beta module: it's only in the Marketplace's beta channel.

  • Using it

    1. In Global Config, enter the Source Site address and the same Site Access Key as in the Exporter.
    2. On the Import JSON Files tab, choose the Source JSON Files and import them.
    3. Tools > Convert Media queues the imported audio and video for conversion.

    Tools > JSON File Sizes shows how much disk space the media will need, and Review JSONs shows a file's contents. The whole process is in the Importing and Merging Sites chapter.

  • Global Config

    Setting What it does
    Source Site The address of the site with the JSON files
    Site Access Key Must match the Exporter's Site Access Key
    Queue Items Imports items in the background instead of at once (default: off). Members are always imported at once.
