{debug} opens a window that lists every variable the template has, with its value. Use it while you build a template, to find the names of the values you need.
{debug}Put it anywhere in a template, load the page, and allow the popup in your browser. Remove it when you're done: every visitor would get the window.
{$jamroom_url} shows your site's address.{$_conf} alone shows just "Array". Show one value with a dot and its key: {$_conf.jrCore_system_name}.{foreach $_conf as $key => $value}
{$key} = {$value}<br>
{/foreach}| Variable | What's in it |

Your site's address |

Profile templates get the profile's fields as variables: {$profile_name}, {$profile_url}, {$_profile_id}, {$profile_quota_id}, and any field added with the Form Designer. $profile_name is for showing; $profile_url is the URL-safe version.
Don't confuse them with $_user: on someone else's profile, $_user is you and the profile_ variables are them.
A list template made by {jrCore_list} gets the items in $_items, and paging details in $info. Put {debug} in the list template to see them.
