What it does
jrCore_strip_html removes all HTML from a variable, leaving the text. Use it where formatting isn't wanted, such as a page title, a meta description or a short preview:
<meta name="description" content="{$item.blog_text|jrCore_strip_html|truncate:160}">
To show member text with its allowed formatting, use jrCore_format_string instead.
