jrCore_module_is_active()
Module names

  • jrCore_module_is_active()

    Returns true when the named module is installed and active. Use it so a template still works on sites that don't have a module:

    {if jrCore_module_is_active('jrAudio')}
    {jrCore_list module="jrAudio" order_by="_created desc" limit="5"}
{/if}

  • Module names

    Use the module's directory name, such as jrAudio, not its title ("Audio"). It's shown as Directory on the module's Info tab.

    For a single function from a module that may be missing, {jrCore_module_function} does the same check for you.
