Hey Guys

Is it possible to let other people post on your tracker, I have one on the community profile and no one else will be allowed to have one on their profiles. But I want everyone to be able to post to the one on the community profile.

I cant see how to let members place things on the tracker.

Thanks

Allowing users who are not associated with the profile to create tickets on a profile is not a feature that exists in the module right now.

Probably because thats not how we use it here on Jamroom. Either Paul, Doug, Brian or myself, read something in the forums and write up a tracker for it.

Your after the user writes up the ticket themselves right? I can see how that could be useful (and annoying when the ticket just reads "there's an error, please fix it.") but it doesn't exist right now.

Thank you has currently it is useless for my needs, no point have the false links in the forum if they cant add anything.

Another point it would be nice if when someone voted on a feature it was actionable, that would help raise profile of feature requests if they see it in their timeline.

The latest version of the Issue Tracker now has new Quota Config options to allow users to create issues on other profile's trackers:

https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/networkmarket/117/issue-tracker?expanded_changelog=1

Check it out and let me know how it works for you.

Hope this helps!
