Modern style skin needed

I bought a skin like 4 months ago and I'm struggling to configure it. None of the others looks good. they look old and date like 5 years old. no ajax play responsive design nothing.

after all this investment I feel like I wasted my money.

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Which skin are you using?

In what way are you struggling?

You need to provide some (any) information before anyone can help you.

All the skins I have seen use ajax (for every single form submit), and they are all responsive design. Can you be more specific about where you feel you are struggling?

I thought i could add video but it look like i only can add them to the artist page I'm not sure
I wanted the site to only allow the admin to add content and member could listen and make playlist

I stand corrected it is responsive.

It sounds like your struggling with how to do the setup of the system.

To make some profiles be able to upload stuff, but others not able to upload stuff, you need to setup your quotas.

What you want to do is setup a profile (or a few profiles) in a special quota

"The Jamroom Quota System"

so you have 1 quota that is allowed to upload stuff which only the admin user can access, then another one for your free normal members to use which cant upload stuff.

The skin you are using is no longer being sold or supported. It was created by a third party developer that is no longer creating Jamroom skins/modules.

I've sent an email to support [at] jamroom [dot] net but it seems I do not need the support but only asked you for my rights. to get a skin substitute that I have purchased, and I was advised to support, everything went into the alternating system is not clear, and we are talking about service not support ..

You wrote us many times, several days ago and I added the skin to your account. You now need to go to the Marketplace in YOUR Jamroom and install it.

It really helps if you only send 1 email to us at support - sending us the same email over and over doesn't help us respond faster :)

I have kept a check on the marketplace, all of them still purchase, including skin that I have purchased and I use now Sage Skin is not free :) please check again ..

Yes - I've double checked and it is already on your account. Make sure you go here:

https://www.jamroom.net/networklicense/licenses

and that on your site you are using the correct System ID and System Email.

Looking at this closer it looks like you had 2 separate sets of licenses attached to your account under 2 different email addresses - I've updated your licenses so they are all under the email address currently on your account, so you should be set.
