I have just loaded up the core using Arvixe 1 click connect. No changes, as just wanting to learn the system. Tried to set up a profile and the emails are getting rejected:

. You will not be able to send email until you have setup a domain on your account and have properly configured reverse DNS for your domain. You will also need to setup an SPF record and (possibly) a proper DKIM (domain key). Arvixe can assist you with all of this - it's not something Jamroom has control over - it has to be setup at your domain level.
