Just my 2 cents...but I kind of liked the other layout on the homepage with all the modules update on the right hand side...that was the first message I get to see when I land on jamroom and it was kool that it keeps members posted in what module was just updated..

However, the number one problem we were having was users not being able to find their way to our other project profiles (i.e. Ning to Jamroom, Proxima, Genosis) which we felt was more important.
