I signed up on one of my jamroom sites and the confirmation email was blocked:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[hidden]@gmail.com
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
host productio-tcloadba-tkyjfaz4ap1l-328615543.us-west-2.elb.amazonaws.com [50.112.252.72]:
550 5.7.1 [CS] Message blocked. To fix this, visit http://fp.outboundfiltering.com/?str=0001.0A010202.548AC46B.0057,ss=4,re=0.001,recu=0.000,reip=0.000,cl=4,cld=1,fgs=8

Would someone know why this would happen?

Your domain or IP address is being blocked for spam - no surprise if you are on EC2. You will want to switch to something like Mailgun or SendGrid for sending email.

Also - did you try clicking on the link it provides?

Hope this helps!

I see the aws domain there, but I'm not sure why they're involved. This website is hosted on jamroom recommended arvixe and it's a brand new website and domain.

I did go to the link and complete the form.

Weird - I wonder if Arvixe is hosting their SMTP server on EC2? I'd contact them and see they can assist.

Hope this helps!
