I have installed the Tag module but not sure where the tag display is ment to show. I had assumed that it would appear on the home page. I have set it to active and selected relevant quotas. What else do I need to configure this?

Make sure in the "Quota Config" section that you have the "Show on Detail Pages" check-box checked and you will see the tab form on profile media detail pages.

The Tag Cloud will show on profile pages if you've enabled it via the skin settings, it is under the "profile" tab.

OK Thanks. I expected it to show on the site's Home Page. I thought that was what to was for.

It is for that - the "Tag Cloud" can be shown anywhere. The Tag entry form shows on item detail pages (since tags are added to ITEMS - not pages).
