Set the max file size in WHM to 500MB- and did integrity check....but in admin.quota config its still only going to 32MB-attached is a screenshot of the WHM configuration...also have ffmpeg installed and enabled but new videos will not convert--I have tried a .5mb video twice now---any special server tweaks I need to do for this?

Here is a link to the video file..
https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/jamssite/Lightning+Strikes+Location.mp4

Even though it wont convert or play on the site- I am able to download the video from my site to my PC after uploading it- so I know its getting uploaded

Sounds like the new size is not taking - try restarting the web server, then run an integrity check within Jamroom (JR will update the max allowed sizes during an integrity check).

Let me know if that helps.

might need to contact your hosting company on that one. Send them this link:
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/problems/748/how-do-i-increase-phps-upload-limit

So they know the settings that need to change. What your doing isn't making the necessary things change.
