When I set the quota settings in the screenshot with all boxes checked and click SAVE I get the following in the screenshot-but after I run an integrity check the boxes i checked and saved are all unchecked again..this has been happening since I started with JR- I am wondering if its normal behavior? I will attach a screenshot of "after runninmg integrity check" in the next post

I've seen this once before, a few months back on another user's site - if I remember right it's because there were some invalid entries in the DB related to the quota, but it was a while a back and I am not sure - I'd have to have access to the system to see what's up.

The settings seem to be sticking now- but max video upload still stuck at 32mb and videos not converting- even a .5mb video- system check is all green...

Yeah - you need to up the allowed upload in PHP and THEN run an integrity check so JR "sees" the new max size.

Its a problem with the FFMPEG setup. Sent a message to your hosting company today about it along with fixing up the ! extra unrelated messages for the 'activity log'. They will be sorted in 5.2.35
