solved upgrade license from v4 to v5

I've been a loyal supporter of Jamroom since version 1 having purchased multiple licenses and bonus/power/skin, etc. packs for each version along the way.

I've searched around the new site and cannot find any kind of license upgrade path or discount for purchasing something like the "super pack."

Also, when I login, all I see is a "marketplace ID" but none of my purchases show up.

It's probably my fault for keeping up recently, but can you shed some light?

Thanks for joining us over here on the new Jamroom.net!

During the Jamroom 5 development and beta period (for around 6 months) we offered the Jamroom 5 Super Pack at over 50% off ($99 versus $199) - a lot of our users took advantage of that during that period. While it's not that cheap anymore, it's still almost 50% off the individual module prices, so it is a good deal.

Any Jamroom 5 licenses you already had purchased should have automatically shown up in your account (as long as you logged in with your normal jamroom.net username and did not just create a new account here).

All Jamroom 4 (and older) purchases are available on the archive site:

http://archive.jamroom.net

You should be able to access your existing Jamroom 4 licenses there.

wow, that's disappointing... I feel sorta like there should be something a little more permanent - especially for someone who supported you from the very beginning. That's a lot of years and a lot of money.

I just checked out the JR4 site and am not seeing Jamroom licenses under your account - were they registered under a different account?

So, I take it from this there is no upgrade of licenses from 4 to 5. I have also been with you guys since 2007 :( So approx $368 later I find that I have to pay another $199 to upgrade to the level I was at with Version 4 :(

Like I mentioned above we had a very long running special on the super pack (well over 6 months), but if you didn't check in during that entire time them you may have known about it.

Send us an email to support [at] jamroom [dot] net with your JR4 license email address and we can give you the deal.

Thanks for the update - if you purchased a skin from Oinkba, that would be for an older version of Jamroom (JR4 or older), and those do not work with Jamroom 5. Oinkba design no longer makes skins, and thus they do not have any skins for Jamroom 5.

If you purchased the super pack under a different email address than what you signed up here on the new jamroom.net, then it may not have transferred over. Contact me at support [at] jamroom [dot] net with the email address the super pack was purchased under and we can get it setup.

I've added the Super Pack licenses to your account here - let me know if you have any issues. Once you setup a JR5 site and configure your Marketplace Email and ID to match what is in your "licenses" section, you'll see all the super pack items ready for install.
