Do you have access to your database (cPanel/phpMyAdmin)? If so, look at the jr_jruser_item_key table and the first set of entries (`_item_id` = 1) is admin. Look for the `user_email` entry and edit that to a working email address, then use the 'Forgot Password' button.

When I loose my admin password, I make a new user, then tweak the DB to give that new user admin status.
