I just purchased the support tickets module but have a few of questions.

1) Where exactly is the link to the support section throughout my site for users to see it/use it?

2) Do I have to enable/use Mailgun in order for the support tickets to work?

3) Must I use the same email on "Support From Email" as my admin email?

Thanks

The documentation here should help answer any questions you have on the module:

Hope this helps!

Thanks Brian, that did solve a few questions I had, but I have another couple of questions I can't get an answer for there.

1) When creating a ticket from an member account, on the "Send To Email" it's empty, should that not have my support email there?

2) Is there a way to put a small support floating "Tab" at the bottom of my site where only logged in users can see it?

Thanks

1. That field is so you can open the ticket on behalf of another email address.

2. Sure, just enclose your tab code in and if statement checking to see if the viewer is logged in.

{if jrUser_is_logged_in()}
Your tab code here...
{/if}

If you want it on the bottom of every page, put it in your footer.tpl file.

I think I'm a bit confused @douglas, so one is not supposed to enter an email address there by default? I tried creating a ticket by not entering an email address there, and I never got the notification for a new ticket created on my support email.

I just tested it here, that field only shows to admin users, it should not show to a regular users that has access to create a ticket.

Ok great, yeah I did create a ticket from an admin account, that explains it, I will try creating one form a regular user account.
Thank you
