Is there a way to move all items owned by one USER to another USER (not profile)?

Almost everything in JR is owned by a profile - not a user. What did you want to transfer?

You can just reassign the profile ownership from User A to User B, 

yoursite/profile/user_link

and then update User B's account details with whatever you want, but again I am not sure what it is what you are tying to do.

I have a user who has two user accounts (one profile per user account). I need to move everything from one to the other.
