I'm trying to access the control panel of ACP what would be the url needed to access the panel/ like admin or something?

You still have not created the first account in your Jamroom site. Go here:

https://cleariradio.com/user/signup

and create the first account. Then you can click on "admin" in the header to get to the ACP.
