Hi,
Is it possible to use this module https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/modules/3587/stream-pay as ability to pay profile for rate or something like this?

Or maybe some alternative to offer this for my users?
I will appreciated for any answer.

Something custom would have to be developed to support ratings, comments, etc.

how much for that, I need this for my site, I want to add official profiles for our users and pay them for actions on site . how much time you need for this update?

I'm not sure at this time - I would have to look into if it makes sense to expand the existing module, or create a new module. Shoot us an email at support [at] jamroom [dot] net with how you are thinking the module should function, and we can give you an idea of how much it would cost and the time frame.
