What template has the button for 'You must be logged in to stream media' ?
I want to add ' a button to create an account to that message

That's not a template, it's a JavaScript alert. It's handled by a php file.

I'm not sure you can. If you're sending them to login, then it's most likely they'll see it there.

Require Login to Stream File un checked but till asking to login to stream files and the chase is cleared too

Make sure you've unchecked it for the proper quotas.

I just looked and I see it's a global setting. I would just run an integrity check and test it again.

I found another login to stream setting in the Media Limits module, make sure you have that unchecked as well if you have that module installed.

I've got this fixed for you.

The Core > Global Config > Content > Login To Stream check box was checked.

That and the Media Limits Login To Stream both have to be unchecked.
