I set Blogs and Playlist to a specific profile quota and the modules showing on a profile quota that that are not assigned to

Check the other quotas again, then run the integrity check.

The 'radio' profile in the above link is in the 'RADIO' quota and that quota has both Blog and Playlist modules enabled.

I took Blog and Playlist modules off that quanta ran integrity check and it is still showing

my mistake allowed on profile was checked
