Just wondering if there was any info about this? Is it scheduled maintenance ? My site has been down for about 10-15 minutes....just wondering why?

Yeah this was just maintenance - we sent out notifications on the 11th:

Quote:
Hi Ceri -

This is a heads up that our hosting provider is going to be performing server maintenance on the underlying hardware your server runs on at the following time:

2019-10-22 1:00:00 AM UTC

Your Jamroom server will be shut down and rebooted at that time and a two-hour window is allocated, however, the actual downtime should be much less - there's nothing you need to do on your end. We're sorry about the hassle - let us know if you have any questions.
